上周和五十多位大陸各地台資銀行行長聚會，研究明年最重要的「營業稅」改「增值稅」問題，晚餐時，行長們因為難得聚在一起，紛紛交流起各自滿肚子的苦水，不是苦惱人民幣貶值，導致分行獲利難看，就是擔心人民幣牌照不下來，衝不了業務，有位行長尤其焦慮，說他到現在還搞不清楚，是「主任」大？還是「局長」大？吃飯時誰該和誰坐一起？誰又該先上台講話？和這些行長合得來有三大原因，首先是我們都一樣俗氣，三句話不離本行-「錢」；其次是人不親土親，聊起天來很有共鳴；更重要的是，這些台資銀行的分行遍布大陸主要城市，幾個行長湊一起，大江南北情況馬上就能掌握，而且哪邊有好山好水，哪裏有好吃的小吃，就連那家店的DVD不是論「片」賣，而是「稱斤論兩」賣，都能一網打盡。

我一直認為台灣社會很缺乏對大陸的「第一手」認識，許多台灣朋友都是從電視或網路上認識大陸，有次在台北一場研討會後，一位長官拉著我詢問大陸近況，長官感嘆人在台灣，很難搜集到大陸「第一手」財經資料，我馬上陷害這些人在大陸的台資銀行行長，建議長官定期召見這些固守大陸南南北北的分行行長，要他們定期返國述職，保證長官馬上能知道大陸「第一手」情況。其實每次去台灣的銀行總行講課，心裏都很不好意思，因為，很多大陸「第一手」財經知識，我都是靠這些台資銀行行長們傳授，然後「現學現賣」地寫成專欄，因為大陸實在太大，只有靠各地的行長才能真正瞭解「第一手」情況。我們應該充分利用台資銀行派駐在大陸的幹部，補強台灣對大陸金融環境的認識，並提供最寶貴的「第一手」觀察，想辦法把如此寶貴的資產，轉化為台灣社會的養分，因為強調實務的問題，無法靠媒體轉載或外電分析就「人云亦云」，我們必須要有自己的獨立見解，恰恰在大陸的台資銀行從業人員，能提供近距離觀察大陸金融問題的「第一手」判斷，而這種來自大陸現場的「第一手」見解，才能充份協助台商或台灣社會對大陸做出誤差最小的判斷。（本文作者劉芳榮為富蘭德林證券股份有限公司董事長，長年旅居上海，從事投資銀行業務）(中國時報)，
