Lamigo會館新推的夏夜燒烤單點,為確保新鮮原味,非但優選現流魚獲,亦堅持食材重量及外觀。
Lamigo點心坊及鮪魚專賣店特推夏夜燒烤單點,除以海鮮為主,還強調直火燒烤以保留食材原味。
不讓Lamigo桃猿職棒將在主場增設烤肉席專美於前,Lamigo會館點心坊及鮪魚專賣店也宣布特推「夏夜燒烤」系列單點,有別一般燒烤店僅提供肉類串燒,Lamigo會館這次推出燒烤菜色係以海鮮為主,並強調直火燒烤以保留食材原味,當此夏季時節,大夥吃著美味燒烤,再暢飲德國生啤酒,果真不覺清涼愜意了起來。Lamigo會館主廚楊盛翔表示,坊間太多料理都只重視調味,其實唯獨生吃與燒烤最能體現食材原味,但也最需確保新鮮,為此Lamigo均以嚴苛標準挑選食材,除了優先選用現流魚獲,就連重量及外觀也都有所堅持,例如中卷每隻都得足12兩重,燒烤過程均以粉狀香料調味,不用醬料,這樣既能保留鮮甜,吃起來也不致滿口醬汁;又如現流烤時魚,主要採當季盛產魚獲,並用慢火做直火燒烤,如此才能避免炭灰或一氧化碳附著其上。
